Ruben Barela serves as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at International Protective Service, Inc. since February 2017, where responsibilities include designing business strategies, overseeing daily operations, and leading executives across various departments. Prior to this role, Ruben Barela held positions as a Polygraph Examiner in a classified capacity since March 1998, and as Security & Investigations Manager at Classified Private Investigation from May 2014 to January 2017, supervising over 50 security contractors for private and government clients. Experience also includes serving as Operations Supervisor at ABF Freight and as Police Sergeant and Police Officer within the County of Bernalillo and Los Lunas, respectively. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Additional qualifications include specialized training in Polygraph and Forensic Psychophysiology.
