Barry Garner is an experienced professional in web design, digital marketing, and business development. Currently serving as a Website Design & SEO specialist at Ketamine Media since January 2018, Barry also operates Blue Collar Designs, a web design and digital marketing company aimed at supporting local small businesses in Knoxville, TN.
