Sergio Palomino has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sergio began their career as an intern at Aon in 2009, where they later became a Junior Broker and then a Professional Broker. In 2011, Sergio joined KESSLER & CO AG as a Client Executive and eventually advanced to the position of Senior Client Executive. Sergio also worked as the Head of Business Development (Western Switzerland) for the same company. In 2018, Sergio had a secondment within the Risk Management practice department of Marsh BeLux as a Client Executive. Prior to these roles, they were briefly an Assistant at IHEID in 2008 and worked in fundraising at Corris S.A. for a short period in 2004.

Sergio Palomino has a strong educational background. Sergio obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the Geneva Graduate Institute, graduating in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Collège Sismondi between 2000 and 2004. Palomino furthered their education by completing an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Geneva from 2014 to 2016.
