Sean Puglisi is an experienced professional in donor services and database management, currently serving as the Donor Database Manager at Keshet Disabilities & Inclusion since June 2024. Prior roles include Manager of Development Services at the Center on Halsted, where responsibilities involved development and accounting functions, as well as event creation and database training. Previously, Sean has contributed to organizations such as the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, Jewish United Fund, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, and Food Bank of the Rockies, gaining expertise in CRM management, donor service supervision, and compliance. Educational qualifications include a BA in Modern Languages/International Business and partial studies in Biology, alongside certifications in Non-Profit Management and AI Foundations for Business from Northwestern University. Sean also holds credentials from the Gemological Institute of America and a Scrum Master certification.
