Edwin Egede is a Professor of International Law and International Relations at Cardiff University, where they have also served as a Senior Lecturer and Reader. They hold a Ph.D. in International Law from Cardiff University and have been an Adjunct Professor at Nelson Mandela University since 2020. Edwin has extensive experience in various legal roles, including as a University Lecturer at the University of Lagos and as an Expert Consultant for the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. They have contributed to prominent legal bodies, including the International Seabed Authority and the Learned Society of Wales.
