Stephen Jennings is an experienced Estimating Manager at Kerman Contracting Pty Ltd since April 2013, focusing on tendering for various industrial, commercial, and resource projects. Prior to this role, Stephen served as the Lead Estimator for National Buildplan from October 2011 to April 2013, overseeing projects across Western Australia in sectors such as commercial, education, health, retail, and resources. Stephen's career began as a Quantity Surveyor at John Sisk and Son Ltd and progressed to a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator position at PRECISION CONSTRUCTION LTD from May 2008 to August 2011. Stephen holds a BSc in Construction Economics and Management and a BTech in Construction Technology and Management, both from Dublin Institute of Technology.
