Younn POSTEC currently serves as Responsable Ressources Humaines at KERHIS, a company that specializes in ERP software for agricultural cooperatives and trade, since August 2023, providing guidance and support to operational managers. Previously, Younn POSTEC worked as an Alternant Ressources Humaines at FILET BLEU, a biscuit production unit under the Agromousquetaires group, where responsibilities included general HR functions such as social relations, personnel administration, training, recruitment, and reporting from September 2020 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes managing a team at Les Nouveaux Cyclistes, a high-end electric bicycle shop, contributing to the opening of a second location from October 2017 to February 2019. Younn POSTEC holds a Master in Human Resource Management and Social Relations from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Management of Sports Organizations from Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
