Alberto Gonzato has extensive experience in quality control within the food industry, currently serving as Responsabile controllo qualita' at PEDON SPA since March 2016. Prior to this role, Alberto worked at Unichips Spa from April 2014 to March 2016, overseeing quality assurance for chips and snacks, managing customer complaints, and coordinating a team within the quality control office. From September 2007 to March 2014, Alberto was the Responsabile controllo qualita' at Dolciaria A. Loison srl, where responsibilities included managing ISO 22.000 and BRC certifications and supervising production activities while engaging in research and development for baked goods. Alberto's academic background includes studies at Università degli Studi di Padova.
