Stephen Bennett serves as the COO at Kepler Communications Inc. since September 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen was the Senior Vice President at BLUE ORIGIN, leading initiatives in commercial astronaut space flight. Stephen's experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager at L3 Technologies, and Program Director at BAE Systems, where efforts focused on guided munitions capabilities. As President of Legendary Hammer Consulting, Stephen provided solutions to complex management and engineering challenges. Previously, as Executive Director at Raytheon Missile Systems, Stephen integrated a newly-acquired company with significant sales and bookings, and held various program director positions at Raytheon addressing advanced guided munitions and artillery systems. Stephen started a career at Honeywell Industrial Automation as Technical Director, overseeing automation services. A Bachelorā€™s Degree in Mechanical Engineering was earned from the University of Arizona.
