Mike Norfleet has extensive experience in quality management and supply chain operations, currently serving in Quality and Manufacturing Technical Operations at Ribbon Communications since October 2017. This role involves overseeing Supplier Quality and Product Quality Management, as well as Corporate Quality and Quality Assurance. Previously, Mike held the position of Director of Supply Chain Engineering at Genband from May 2010 to October 2017, and prior to that, served as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations at Nortel from April 1982 to May 2010, focusing on various aspects of Test Engineering and Supply Chain Operations throughout their tenure.
