Elliot Vaughan is an experienced operations manager currently serving as Senior Operations Manager (Projects) at KeolisAmey Docklands since December 2014, focusing on the introduction of new projects aimed at enhancing safety and performance, as well as overseeing the production of standard operating procedures.
