Eleanor Small, Ph.D., currently serves as Associate Director of Self Care R&D and Product Innovation Team Lead for Global OTC at Kenvue. Previously, Eleanor held various leadership roles at ISPE, including Chair and Co-Chair of NASAAC, and served as President, Executive Vice President, and VP of Digital Communities of Practice for the ISPE Delaware Valley Chapter. At Johnson & Johnson, Eleanor progressed from Manager of Product Development for Global OTC to Principal Scientist roles focused on the Future of Self Care R&D and End-to-End Product and Process Development in Oral Care. Additionally, Eleanor gained experience as an Engineering Research Fellow at Drexel University.
