Rachel Blevins is a skilled digital and graphic designer with a strong background in promotional design for both print and digital media. Currently serving as a Digital Designer at the Kentucky League of Cities since August 2023, Rachel previously held the role of Graphic Designer at Bethel Temple of Evansville, Inc. from May to August 2022, focusing on promotional designs. Earlier experience includes positions as Lead Multimedia Creative at WKU Imagewest and Graphic Design Intern at the WKU Advising and Career Development Center, where promotional designs were created. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art and Visual Studies from Western Kentucky University, completed in July 2020.
