Sam Klimoski has over 20 years of experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and digital services. Currently serving as Digital Services Manager and previously as GIS Coordinator for the City of Saint Paul since October 2016, Sam Klimoski has also held significant roles such as Account Manager for Local Government at Esri and GIS Specialist at MTZ | Martinez Geospatial, Inc. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Analyst at DPRA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Geographic Information Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Biology, both from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
