Joe Prichard has a diverse work history in both the housing and inspection industries. Joe started their career at Kentucky Housing Corporation in 2006, where they held various roles including Managing Director, Manager for Multi-family Compliance Inspections, and HQS Field Inspector II. In these positions, Joe conducted government property inspections, managed compliance inspections, and worked as a teleworker. In 2015, Joe founded their own company, Prichard Home Inspections, where they served as the Owner and Inspector. In this role, they conducted home inspections for clients and provided detailed reports and consultations.

Joe Prichard attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Morehead State University. It is unclear when they started and completed their MBA program.

In addition to their formal education, Joe Prichard has obtained several certifications. In 2007, they became a Section 8 HCV HQS Specialist through Nan McKay and Associates (NMA). In 2015, they received a license as a KY Home Inspector from the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors. Most recently, they obtained a REAC Inspector certification from HUD in August 2016.
