Olli-Pekka Kauppila is currently a Professor of Management and Organisation at Hanken since September 2023. Concurrently, Kauppila serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Suomen Tulli – Finnish Customs, a position held since April 2021. Previously, Kauppila was an Associate Professor of People and Organizations at NEOMA Business School from December 2021 to September 2023 and an Associate Professor of Organization and Management at Aalto University from August 2006 to November 2021, where collaborative research and team leadership were key responsibilities. Kauppila earned a Ph.D. in Organization & Management from Aalto University in 2011 and holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, completed in 2005.
