Jo Allen is an experienced communications professional with a comprehensive background in public sector communications and digital services. Currently serving as a Communications Business Partner at Kent County Council since June 2009, Jo Allen specializes in understanding customer behavior and expectations, developing modern communication strategies, and optimizing marketing activities to enhance service delivery while reducing costs. Prior to this role, Jo Allen worked as a Digital Services Manager, focusing on digital service development and team management. Jo Allen also held the position of Internal Communications Manager at Sue Ryder Care from 2007 to 2009. Education was completed at Rochester Grammar School for Girls from 1990 to 1997.
