Ross McMahon MBE is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the food and nutrition industry. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Kendal Nutricare Limited since June 2015, Ross has played a pivotal role in manufacturing Kendamil, recognized as the world's best organic infant formula in 2020. Prior to this, leadership positions included CEO of Crossway Foods Ltd, where procurement and marketing of food ingredients were managed across Asian and EMEA markets, and CEO of Java City Coffee Co., overseeing a beverage solution distribution to 1200 coffee shops. Ross has also served as a Board Director at Aramark, responsible for supply chain coordination in Europe, and held various managerial roles, including Group Purchasing Manager at Campbell Bewley Group and European Export Manager at Kerry. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Agricultural Science in Food Science from University College Dublin and additional studies at the Irish Management Institute and Heidelberg University.
