Andrew Oldham is an experienced writer and educator with a diverse background in horticulture and creative writing. Currently serving as a contributor for Amateur Gardening magazine and a diarist at Country Smallholder under KELSEY Media, Andrew also teaches horticulture and English at Hopwood Hall College. As a garden and lifestyle writer for Life on Pig Row, Andrew engages a substantial audience through various media platforms. Andrew's freelance work includes numerous articles for Northern Soul and a gardening column for Saddleworth Independent. An accomplished playwright and poet, Andrew has collaborated with various theaters and received a commission for UNESCO World Poetry Day 2021. Academic qualifications include an MA in English from the Open University, a Cert Ed. from The University of Manchester, and a BA (Hons) in English Literature, Visual Arts, and Performing Arts from De Montfort University.
