Zakaria Alom has extensive experience in quality control and management within the textile industry. Currently serving as NQC at AKH Group since March 2014, Zakaria Alom has successfully implemented goal-setting plans that resulted in a 100% reduction in customer claims and stop orders. Prior to this role, Zakaria Alom was a Quality Controller at Unisim Trading Company from December 2012 to January 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing fabric stages through to sewing and finishing while ensuring compliance with customer standards. Previously, Zakaria Alom worked as a QC Auditor at DBL Group from January 2010 to October 2012, managing quality across multiple sewing lines and conducting inline inspections during trials. Academic qualifications include an MBS in Management from Govt. Bangla College and a BBS from Mowlana Saifuddin Yahia Degree College.
