Aitana Bautista currently serves as a Business Unit Lead at Kellanova since October 2023, following a tenure at Kellogg Company where roles included Business Unit Leader and EHS & Security Manager from June 2018 to October 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Head of EHS & Security at MAHLE and EHS Manager at L'Oréal, where Aitana was instrumental in implementing EHS systems and managing regulatory compliance. Aitana's professional journey began as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician at Antonio Puig and EGARSAT Sociedad de Prevención, alongside roles as a Scientific Observer and NAFO Observer. Aitana holds several advanced degrees, including an MBA from Esade and a Master’s in Occupational Health and Safety, complemented by certifications in Project Management and Environmental Management.
