Rozalina Dimitrova is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR partnership. Currently serving as Unit Lead Business & PF Recruitment at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) since January 2022, Rozalina has held various key positions, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this role, Rozalina worked as a Recruitment Associate at UniCredit Bulbank from March 2021 to January 2022 and gained extensive experience at Maxima Bulgaria / T MARKET from July 2013 to March 2021, where roles included Expert Recruitment and HR Recruitment Specialist.
