Cecilia Bianu is an experienced telecom and finance professional with a robust career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Telecom Specialist and previously as a Telecom Assistant at KeepCalling since October 2018, Cecilia has a strong background in managing foreign currency payments, having spent nearly a decade at BCR. At BCR, Cecilia held various roles, including Supervisor of the Foreign Currency Payments Processing Office, where key responsibilities included team coordination, data management, operational efficiency, and quality assurance in payment processing. Cecilia's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu and an Associate’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from George Baritiu Economic Administrative School.
