Philly Manuana has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Legal Manager at OASIS SPRL/TIGO since 2007 and holding a concurrent role as Legal Advisor at Orange RDC since April 2007. Responsibilities include analyzing, drafting, and modifying contracts in compliance with legislation, reviewing contractual clauses for conformity to industry standards, and proposing necessary amendments. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Manager at Oasis SA, a Millicom Company, from January 2007 to October 2017. Philly Manuana holds a Licence en droit in Public Law from the University of Kinshasa.
