Marcia Malone is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in account management and client services. Since February 2003, Marcia has served as a Senior Account Manager at Keenan and Associates, focusing on the production of new and renewal accounts while providing field support to Producer activities. Prior to this role, Marcia worked as an Account Coordinator, offering administrative services for a Property & Casualty book of business. Marcia's career began at State Farm Insurance, where Marcia held the position of Claims Service Assistant from 1991 to 1998 and briefly worked as an Office Manager at State Farm Agency-Moyle in 1991.
