Fasika Girma has experience working as a Senior Information Technology Audit Associate and IT Audit Associate at Kearney & Company from February 2020 to present. Prior to that, they worked as an Accounting Assistant at Plenpovo Law, PLLC from July 2017 to July 2018. Fasika Girma also has experience as an Office Administrator at The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia from November 2002 to March 2008.

Fasika Girma completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northern Virginia Community College. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Addis Ababa University from 2005 to 2007. Later on, they enrolled at George Mason University - School of Business and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems & Operations Management.
