Under Michael's leadership, K&C has developed a global presence with multiple offices, including Bulgaria and Poland, focusing on sales, financial controlling, and enterprise portal development leveraging modern technologies such as Angular, React, and cloud-native microservices. Michael's prior roles include management positions at evolving systems consulting s.r.o. and Sparkassen Informatik, along with consulting at Seer Technologies. Michael holds a Dipl.Inform. in Informatik from RWTH Aachen University, earned between 1985 and 1991.
