Adam Sadowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy management and facility management. Currently serving as the Head of Facility Management (acting) and Energy & TGA Manager at Kaufland Polska since December 2018, Adam has successfully implemented energy initiatives resulting in annual cost savings of 2 million EUR and led strategic projects in energy optimization. Adam's previous roles include Energy & Refrigeration Manager at Kaufland Poland, where responsibilities encompassed managing energy and refrigeration systems across numerous facilities, and Facility Engineer at WISAG Polska, overseeing technical management of significant logistics and office spaces. Adam holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Poznan University of Technology and furthered business education at Poznan University of Economics and Business.
