Riina Hyppönen is a seasoned professional in the field of Compensation and Performance Management, currently serving as Manager at Kesko - K-Group since March 2017. In this role, Riina focuses on developing sustainable retail practices, overseeing Total Rewards, Benefits, and Performance Management processes. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Specialist and Specialist within the same domain at K-Group, as well as participating in various related projects and administrative tasks. Riina began the career with roles in payroll services and recruitment, complemented by a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Vaasa. Additionally, an earlier education in Business Administration was completed at Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
