Josh Cooper has a diverse work experience starting in 2003 as an Employee at Cooper Electric. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Intern at Dogwood Alliance. In 2011, they became a Technical Analyst at AvePoint, where they were awarded MVP of the department within one month of employment. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Manager at Climbmax Climbing Center. Josh then transitioned to a Network Engineer role at Advanced Data And Network Solutions from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Network Security Engineer at Innovative Interfaces. In 2021, they joined Fortinet as a Technical Account Manager, responsible for delivering critical support and conducting meetings with enterprise customers. Currently, they serve as a Solutions Architect at Katalyst, leading the design and implementation of complex technology solutions aligned with the business strategy.

Josh also holds the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA, obtained in October 2019.
