Shiva Shankar Reddy has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and quality assurance. Shiva Shankar started their career as a Trainee at Kshema Technologies in 2002. Shiva Shankar then worked as a Test Engineer at Ionidea Enterprise Solutions from 2004 to 2005, where they were responsible for documenting test cases, developing automation frameworks, and conducting acceptance and functionality testing. From 2005 to 2006, they served as a Senior Engineer - QE at Symphony Teleca, where they designed and automated the Silk test framework for end-to-end automation. Shiva Shankar joined Yahoo! in 2006 and worked there until 2013, holding the role of Tech Lead. During this time, they were involved in sprint planning, automation using Selenium2 for the Calendar product, and extensive testing of iOS/Android devices for Caldav/Carddav syncing with Calendar & Contacts apps. Since 2013, they have been working at DigiCert, Inc., where they initially held the role of Principal Software Engineer and currently serves as a Senior Principal Software Engineer.

Shiva Shankar Reddy obtained a MS in Quality Management from BITS, Pilani from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Royal PG Centre between 1999 and 2002. Additionally, they attended Shanathinikethan English Medium School in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, but no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period.
