Sharath R has two years of work experience in the recruitment field. From 2019 to 2022, Sharath R worked at Quality Theorem as a Bench Sales Recruiter and a US IT Recruiter. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, Sharath R was responsible for understanding requirements and posting candidate's resumes in job boards. As a US IT Recruiter, Sharath R was responsible for the recruitment of qualified technical professionals for IT departments, working on direct client requirements for contract positions, and having strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and good analytical skills. In 2022, Sharath R joined Kasmo as a Bench Sales Recruiter, responsible for understanding requirements and posting candidate's resumes in job boards.

Sharath R obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Bangalore University in 2013.
