Liz Sweet has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Liz started their career as a Reporter/Editorial Assistant at the Boston Herald in 2006. In 2008, they transitioned to become the Business Manager and Personal Assistant for professional poker player Tom Dwan. At NetShelter Technology Media, they served as a Senior Sales and Marketing Planner, focusing on prospecting new business and expanding the Northwest Territory's reach into the tech sector.

Sweet then joined Twitter in 2012, where they held multiple roles, including Account Executive for Mid-Market Sales in the CPG sector, Global Sales New Hire Program Manager, and Sales Learning Lead for the US region. Liz facilitated training for new hires, created a mentorship program, and developed learning strategies.

In 2015, Sweet joined Pandora as the Director of Sales & Management Skills Training, where they led a team and partnered with sales leaders to build a world-class salesforce. Liz then moved on to WeWork as the Global Director of Learning and Development, overseeing the strategy and execution of leadership, management, and professional development programs.

Sweet later joined Intercom as the Director of Global Talent Development, where they managed program managers and worked on various people programs. Liz also served as the Interim Head of Global Recruiting for six months. Most recently, they joined Snorkel AI as the VP of People.

Throughout their career, Sweet has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent development, program management, sales, and leadership.

Liz Sweet pursued their education in a chronological manner, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications and Journalism from Boston University. Liz attended Boston University from 2004 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Liz Sweet furthered their education by enrolling at the University of San Francisco School of Management from 2010 to 2011. During this time, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Nonprofit Studies.
