Yeonju Lee-Sikka is a Senior Data Scientist at Kasisto, Inc. since November 2021, with experience in developing and maintaining natural language understanding (NLU) models, python scripting for linguistic data, and creating tableau dashboards for reporting efficiency. Previously, Yeonju served as an NLU Consultant at Cerence Inc., where responsibilities included enhancing NLU model performance and developing NLP tools for error analysis. Yeonju's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Linguistics and a Master's Certificate in Computational Linguistics from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, along with a Nanodegree in Natural Language Processing from Udacity. Additionally, Yeonju has experience as a lecturer and writing fellow, focusing on integrating writing in education and teaching Korean grammar and linguistics courses.
