Katrika Morris has a diverse and extensive work experience in various design roles. Katrika is currently the Head of Product Design at Affinity.co, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Design, Mid-Market Employers at Gusto from July 2019 to December 2022. Katrika also co-founded Moatboat, where they worked as the Head of Design, utilizing AI and ML to bring ideas to life in virtual and augmented reality. Katrika had a significant tenure at Microsoft, starting in 2008, where they held roles such as Principal Design Manager for Windows, Design Manager for Office Labs, Senior Experience Design Lead for Xbox, and Senior Experience Designer for Windows Phone. Before that, they worked as an Industrial Designer at Kaleidoscope, Motorola Solutions, and Nortel Networks.

Katrika Morris attended Carleton University from 1996 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Industrial Design (BID) degree.
