Ciera Westlund has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Proven until 2015. In 2016, they joined Decisely as a Client Service Coordinator for a brief period. Then, they moved on to Kaseya, where they held multiple roles, starting as a Customer Success Manager in 2016 and eventually becoming a Director of Account Management. Ciera also served as the Director of Account Management for the APAC region and later transitioned to the role of a Senior Regional Manager before taking on the position of Director of Marketing. Westlund's work experience showcases their expertise in account management, customer success, and marketing.

Ciera Westlund attended Lesley University from 2005 to 2007, where they studied photography. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Miami Killian High School from 2001 to 2005.
