Rune Johannessen is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Kartverket - Norwegian Mapping Authority since June 2018, Rune specializes in organizational development, management development, and restructuring. As the owner of KeepFocus AS since November 2006, Rune has implemented management systems that translate business strategies into tangible results. Previously, Rune was a Partner at KeyFocus AS and held a significant role as Director of Managing Organizational Development at Kraft Foods from 1986 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing HR during mergers and acquisitions. Rune's career began as a Teacher at Bærum Municipality from 1982 to 1986, following a Cand. Mag. degree from the University of Oslo.
