Thomas Lightfield, PMP, CSM, is an experienced IT Business Analyst at Ada County, Idaho, since April 2017, specializing in statistical research and program evaluation. Previously, Thomas worked as a Business Analyst/Process Engineer at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, where responsibilities included coordinating process updates and communicating with large customer bases. Earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at The University of Texas at Austin, where Thomas served as Project Manager, leading teams to develop standard operating procedures, improve contracting processes, and manage project documentation.
