Giovanna Souza serves as a Process Analyst at Kärcher Brasil since June 2018, specializing in Business Process Management across seven South American subsidiaries, utilizing Lean Office, continuous improvement, and DMAIC methodologies. Responsibilities include analyzing administrative activities to enhance productivity and reduce costs, supporting RPA projects, training employees on process implementation and support tools, conducting internal audits, and aligning project development with headquarters in Germany. Giovanna began their career as a Contract Management Intern, managing regulatory compliance and supporting the financial department, and has held roles in HR and administration prior to that. Giovanna is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management while holding a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Technical Course in Business Administration.
