Talia Karchem is the founder and principal consultant at Karchem Consulting LLC and has extensive experience in the biotech and pharma industry. Prior to starting her consulting company, she worked as a Laboratory Systems Architect at Moderna Therapeutics, a Software Developer Associate Manager at Accenture, a Software Specialist at Waters, and a System Administrator/Application Administrator II at Alkermes. Talia also has experience as a Research Associate at VICAM and holds a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
