Tom M. currently serves as the Managing Director at Amicitia, a leader in military training solutions in Southeast Asia, and as a Senior Consultant at Thuso, focusing on strategic consultancy and technical advisory in various sectors, including humanitarian efforts and education in emerging markets. Prior experience includes the role of Commissioned Officer in the British Army from May 2019 to September 2023 and Training and Quality Manager at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, where Tom M. led a team and managed new hires.
