Lynsey Hall has over 20 years of work experience in housing and community management. Lynsey currently serves as the Head of Housing and Community - Byker at Karbon Homes. Prior to this, they worked at Your Homes Newcastle as the Income and Sundry Debt Manager, where they oversaw debt recovery, rent accounting, and home contents insurance administration. Before that, they were the Housing Area Manager at South Tyneside Homes, managing multiple council estates and a team of staff members. Lynsey also worked as a Neighbourhood Officer at Gateshead Council and as a Lead Resident Liaison Officer at Frank Haslam Milan Ltd. Their career in the housing industry began at Gentoo Group Limited, where they served as a Neighbourhood Housing Manager.

Lynsey Hall graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Primary Education with QTS. Prior to that, they attended St Anthony's RC Girls School from 1998 to 2000 for A Levels and from 1993 to 1998 for GCSE.
