Cassandra Stark is an accomplished HR and talent management professional with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives at ECMC Group since January 2016 as Director of HR & Talent. In this role, Cassandra oversees HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Learning and Development, focusing on providing consultation and development opportunities for leaders and employees. Prior to ECMC Group, Cassandra held various leadership roles at Target from June 2005 to December 2015, including Manager of Learning & Development and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, where expertise in training and team development was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Spanish from the College of Saint Benedict and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Hamline University.
