Andrew Paul is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and desktop engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Engineer at Kaplan since 2009, Andrew has previously held positions as a Senior Technical Resource at BDO USA, LLP, and as a Computer Analyst / Client Support at Morgan Stanley. Notable achievements include resolving escalated helpdesk tickets and managing network permissions for over 600 users in the MSDW Asset Management division. Andrew pursued Mechanical Engineering studies at the City College of New York between 1992 and 1993.
