Gabriel Garcia, MHA, currently serves as an Executive Consultant and Chief of Staff to the Physicians-in-Chief at Kaiser Permanente, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Gabriel held the role of Administrative Fellow at Kaiser Permanente, where key contributions included coordinating a diabetes management project for Latinx members and optimizing video visit operations. Prior experience includes positions at Pepperdine University, notably as an Administrative & Communications Specialist overseeing COVID-19 vaccine clinic operations and launching a telehealth program. Gabriel has also gained valuable experience in communication and administrative roles with the City of Los Angeles, the City of Folsom, and Relief International. Gabriel earned a Master of Health Administration from USC's Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
