Lakshmi Juneja has over 30 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Lakshmi began their career in 1991 as a Senior Officer, Systems Trainee at Tata Steel. In 1993, they worked as a Consultant at Professional Consultants for the US Department of the Treasury's FMS Star Project. In 1994, they became a Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young for the National Science Foundation. In 1999, they were a Senior Systems Analyst at Boston Edison, where they administered and supported Oracle Financials and Edison's Fixed Assets systems. In 2000, they became an Information Technology Project Manager at First Health (Aetna), leading cross-functional and technical project teams on business critical systems projects. In 2007, they were a Project Manager at McDonald's Corporation. In 2015, they joined Verizon as a PMTS - Technical Program Manager, leading multiple core project teams and stakeholders for the delivery of Verizon's IoT solution. In 2021, they became a Technical Program Manager at Beacon Biosignals. Most recently, in 2022, they co-founded Kaiburr.
