Patrick Montague is an accomplished venture capital professional with extensive experience in advising emerging venture funds and supporting startup founders. Currently serving as a Venture Partner and Advisor at Red Cap Ventures, LLC since January 2019, Patrick provides expertise in fund formation, strategy, investment sourcing, fundraising, and portfolio management, with a focus on digital entertainment and marketplace businesses in the MENA region. Additionally, as a Founding Partner at etsaW Ventures, Patrick is involved in circular economy innovation. Prior experience includes roles at GFR Fund, Enhance Ventures, and betaworks, where responsibilities ranged from leadership in seed investing to portfolio management. Patrick holds an MBA in Venture Finance and Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
