Joe Momand has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and customer relations. Joe began their career in 2005 as a Loan Officer at AmeriChoice Financial & Real Estate Services. In 2010, they became a Licensed Personal Financial Representative at JPMorgan Chase. In 2012, they joined Host Analytics, Inc. as a Territory Sales Representative for the #1 Leader in Cloud CPM Solutions. In 2013, they became a Strategic Account Executive- Americas at Aconex, which was acquired by Oracle for $1.2 billion. From 2016-2019, they worked at N3N as an Enterprise Sales, Partner & Business Development Manager for Cisco & AT&T Accounts. In 2019, they joined TACIT as an Investor & Advisor and Senior Business Development Manager. Most recently, they are a Sales Director - California at Kahua, helping to manage processes, documents and cost on construction programs and projects from inception to closeout.
Joe Momand has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from San Jose State University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Force Management Value Negotiation Training (February 2019), Aconex Certified Professional (ACP) (January 2015), Aconex Certified Associate (ACA) Assessment - Internal (July 2014), TeleSmart Insides Sales Training 2.0 (September 2012), ValueSelling Framework: The Fundamental Principles of ValueSelling (January 2012), Life Insurance Only (February 2011), Series 6 (February 2011), Series 63 (February 2011), and Series 7 (February 2011).
