Cecilia Tullberg

Senior Researcher and Product Developer at Kaffe Bueno

Cecilia Tullberg has worked in various roles since 2012. Cecilia began their career as a Master's student at Lund University, where they completed a thesis on the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum 299v on examination induced stress. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Researcher/Lecturer at Chalmers University of Technology, teaching students in the Dietetics Program at Gothenburg University and conducting research projects. Cecilia also completed a PhD project on lipid oxidation during in vitro digestion of marine oils. Since 2018, they have been a Scientific Researcher and Postdoctoral Researcher at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, LTH, as well as a Senior Researcher and Product Developer at Kaffe Bueno ApS.

Cecilia Tullberg's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Science and Technology from Chalmers University of Technology (2013-2018), a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University (2008-2013), and an Erasmus from ETH Zürich in Lebensmittelwissenschaft (2011-2012). Cecilia also participated in LiFT (Future Technologies for Food production), a national education and research network in food sciences (2013-2018).
