Kirsten Vingborg Biilmann is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR for JYSK, Kirsten oversees HR functions at both the Head Office in Brabrand and the Regional Head Office in Handewitt, focusing on attracting, developing, retaining, and exiting personnel. Previous roles include HR Manager positions at AFA JCDecaux and Holmris B8, where Kirsten was responsible for establishing HR frameworks and negotiating local agreements. With a solid foundation that includes multiple HR and leadership positions at JYSK and other companies, Kirsten has cultivated a strong expertise in managing HR disciplines for both blue- and white-collar employees. Educational qualifications include a MasterCoach degree in Personal Leadership and a Diploma in Leadership, complemented by a Merkonom degree in HR from Aarhus Business College.
